BMW E30 #3507 STRAPS (1987-1993): 1989 factory added additional loop tension on rear section of STRAPS to improve folding of convertible top into storage compartment.

BMW E36 #3503 TOP (1994-1999): 1996 factory eliminated relief pockets located on quarter panels of convertible top for improved fit & appearance.

BMW E36 #3510 STRAPS (1994-1999): 1998 factory added additional elastic strip on rear section of STRAPS to improve operation on convertible top frame.

BMW Z-3 #3512 TOP (1997-2002): 1998 factory added relief pockets into quarter panels, elastic straps and window support strip above window section to improve operation of convertible top frame.

JAGUAR XK8 #3423 TOP (1997-2005): 2003 factory added taller rain rail flaps located on the side edges on convertible top to improve water from dripping down door glass window.

MERCEDES 129 #3073 TOP (1990-2002): 1995 factory eliminated deck seams on front section of convertible top to improve appearance and stress marks when convertible top is stored in compartment.  On window section, factory change side attachment strap from elastic buckle which screws to rear bow to an elastic canvas strap arrow shaped front edge which loops around rear bow and locks itself into strap.  Factory also changed under color of convertible top material from Beige to Black for improved appearance from marks and stains.
